The Qualmark assessor had this to say: "The Vicarage is a stunning building, superbly restored and located, representing the top accommodation of its kind in the region and able to satisfy very discerning guests. The development has been widely welcomed by the local visitor industry and community alike. Your property is a beautiful two storey Victorian mansion built in 1900 that you have fully restored to the highest standards of modern insulation (it is a listed Class 2 Historic building). You have navigated the preservation of all the historical features and extensive fire prevention requirements. The way you have told the stories of all the parish vicars and their personalities, careers, and importance to the emerging region throughout your complex is outstanding in its messaging and sensitivity - right down to your cushion covers and wall decorations being replicas of the Vicar’s Sashes."
