There are just two steps to redeem your free breakfast.
1. Scroll to the top of this page and click "Book Online" to reserve your room. Be sure to choose an eligible date (between 1 May 2025 and 30 September 2025). Room 3 is not eligible for this promotion.
2. When you reach Page 3 of the booking process and find the Comments box, type "WINTER BREAKFAST - COOKED" or "WINTER BREAKFAST - CONTINENTAL." This will ensure you receive your free breakfast.

The free winter breakfast is either a continental breakfast platter including a baked treat and Barker's provisions, which you will find in your mini fridge on arrival, or a cooked breakfast at Barker's Foodstore & Eatery.
If you choose the cooked breakfast, you may order any item off the menu EXCEPT the Big Breakfast. Drinks are at your own cost. If you choose the cooked breakfast option, you will find a voucher in your room on arrival.
Because Barker's Foodstore & Eatery does not open until 8:30 am, the continental breakfast platter is suited for guests who will be leaving early in the morning.
Terms & Conditions
- Room 3 is not eligible for the free breakfast promotion.
- This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions, including the Gourmet Getaway or any other special deals such as stay 3/pay 2.
- A breakfast platter serves two people unless a platter for one person is requested. Please make sure you select the correct number of guests on your booking.
- No dietary substitutions available for the continental breakfast platter. However, there are gluten-free and vegan options available if you choose the cooked breakfast.
- Promotion only available for guests who stay between the dates of 1 May 2025 and 30 September 2025.
- The free breakfast applies for each morning of your stay, even if you stay for multiple nights. You have the option to select the continental breakfast platter for some mornings and the cooked breakfast upgrade for others.
