After making many applications for consents, including Resource Consents (x4), Building Consents (x3), an Archaeological Assessment and Consent from Heritage NZ to build on a pre 1900 archeological site, and an Ecan stormwater consent, we are very proud to have successfully renovated this important building in Geraldine's history.
The Vicarage Renovation
We bought the Vicarage property from the Church in late 2017, and two years later it reopens as luxury guest accommodation. The photos below show the journey to develop and renovate the site.
